Joe Santiago is writer, producer and director and CEO of Image 8 Films and has produced, written and directed promotional videos for:

• Holy Names University
• International Shotokan Karate Association
• Wheel Chair Foundation
• School of Classical Realism
• Angela Bofill (Documentary)

Joe is also on the Vallejo Cable access Board and participates in producing documentaries for the general public and private institutions.

Joe first began his photography career while serving in the military in the early 1980's. He then moved into making motion pictures then after his military career ended he began making video's for stage productions around the San Francisco Bay Area.

He holds an MA degree in Culture and Spirituality from Holy Names University. He has written novels, treatments and adaptations for the motion picture industry, screenplays and treatments, proposals and brochures for startup businesses. Joe has worked with noted celebrities such as Shiela E., Pete Escovito and Kevin Brown.

Joe also teaches technology, video production and foreign language for high school and middle school students.
